The flat is located in Sihlweidstrasse 1, 8041 Zurich and you will be sharing it with other two young professionals, Antonio (26 y/o) and Alberto (25 y/o), both Italian.
The place is very well located, surrounded by nature, with Coop and swimming pool right in front of it. It is very close to the main connections (20 min to Zurich HB - 10 min to Wollishofen - 40 min tu Zug).


The room has a private balcony and is part of the flat (112 sqm), which has:

- Living room
- 3x bedroom
- Guest room/ study
- 2x bathroom
- 1x balcony with BBQ
- 1x cellar in the basement


Furniture will be sold by agreement.

- Possibility of renting indoor car parking for 100 CHF/month or outdoor parking for 50 CHF/month
