We are searching for a new flatmate to take over my room in a 3-person flat share, starting
01.05.2025. (Flexible by +1,2 weeks)
The room is located in a beautiful old building, overlooking the Enge Church, and is 2 min walk from the Enge train station or 5min to the lake.


About us:

You will be living with 2 easy-going guys in their 20s, one of which tends to be away on the weekends. One is working in finance, and the other one is a chef. The WG is more work- and less community-orientated.


About the room:

The room is 20 sqm, including a built-in wardrobe. The flat itself is around 90 sqm, with a living room (with balcony), kitchen, bathroom (with a washing machine and dryer) and a separate toilet to share, plus two other rooms for the other two flatmates.
The room and apartment comes furnished and I am selling the furniture in new condition - as seen in the photos - for 2050 CHF.
