Zur Wohnung:


In unserer hellen 5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich-Affoltern wird ab dem 1. Juni ein schönes, ca. 12 m² grosses Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen, grünen Wohnquartier, ideal für alle, die nach einem entspannten Rückzugsort suchen, ohne auf die Stadtanbindung zu verzichten.


Die Bushaltestelle Schwandenholz (Linie 62) ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich bequem in andere Stadtteile. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Migros, Denner, migrolino und weitere Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

• Hell, ruhig und unmöbliert (möblierte Variante optional über unsere Partnerfirma gegen Aufpreis erhältlich)

Du wirst mit vier wunderbaren Mitbewohner*innen zusammenwohnen: Anežka (21), Luca (24), Dionis (21) und Terry (29). Alle sind berufstätig oder studieren, sehr ruhig, sauber, rücksichtsvoll und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist angenehm, respektvoll und unkompliziert – perfekt, wenn du dich nach einem harmonischen Zuhause sehnst.


Die Miete:
• 850 CHF Netto
• 100 CHF Nebenkosten
• Total: 950 CHF pro Monat
