The sublet is only temporary, with the exact dates and duration to be agreed. The room and the apartment are fully furnished so you can move in directly. You will be sharing the apartment with me, young female professional working in Zurich, very uncomplicated and used to share spaces. You ideally love plants, are tidy and clean, but not obsessed and are looking for a temporary but calm place to stay at. Pets, musical instruments and smoking is not allowed (building rules).
