Room in a 3-person shared flat in Enge

In our cozy 3-person flat in Enge, near Waffenplatzstrasse, a room will become available from 1 April 2026, and we’re looking for a female flatmate to join our little WG.
The location is great: 2 mins to the bus stop, 3 mins to the tram stop Waffenplatzstrasse, and 8 mins to Enge train station. Sihlcity is a 10-min walk away, and the surrounding area has plenty of cafés and green spaces.


The flat

The apartment is around 80-85 m² and has 4 rooms: three bedrooms and a living room. It includes a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and two balconies - one connected to the kitchen and one to the living room. There is also a large cellar compartment for extra storage.


The room

The room is about 10 m², unfurnished, and has a west-facing window, bringing in nice afternoon and evening light.

Move-in

Available from 1 April 2026 until June 2026, with the option to extend until the end of September 2026 or maybe even longer (the house is to be demolished but we well get the information of the possible extension of the lease by the end of June)


About us

You’ll be living with Kat (29) and Agata (28). We are both architects, working in Zürich. Originally from Poland, and studied architecture in Mendrisio. We enjoy a friendly and relaxed home atmosphere - we often cook dinners together, chat in the kitchen, have drinks or hang out, while also respecting each other’s space and quiet time.
For us, the flat is a home rather than just a place to sleep.
