Auch ein ca. 10 Jahre alter Hund lebt mit in der Wohnung (wie auf den Bildern unschwer zu erkennen)

Gemeinsam genutzte Räume: Küche, Bad, Gästezimmer und Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon

Lage:

- 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Universität
- 7 Minuten bis zum Universitätsspital Basel
- 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein
- 15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof

Miete:
- CHF1000/Monat - 9m2 Zimmer
- Drei Monatsmieten Kaution

Zu mir: Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit, bin eher ein ruhiger, meist unkomplizierter Typ und geniesse meinen Feierabend gern entspannt
