A 17m2 bedroom in a 3.5 room flat. The room has an integrated wardrobe and a few shelves. It is oriented to the west, so well lit. The room will not be furnished, but there might a possibility to keep some of the furniture from the previous occupant (to discuss).

The flat is located along the Schlossstrasse (tram lines 7 and 8), which means quick access to the city-center by tram or bike (10min). The Europaplatz station is also not too far. The whole building is quite modern, meaning the flat is well isolated and is comfortable.



The 15th of July date can be flexible (a 1st of July move-in can be discussed)



Ein 17m2 Zimmer in einer 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Der Raum hat einen integrierten Kleiderschrank und ein paar Regale. Es ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, also gut beleuchtet. Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliert übergeben, es gibt aber wahrscheinlich die Möglichkeit, einige Möbel des Vormieters zu übernehmen (zu diskutieren).

Die Wohnung liegt an der Schlossstrasse (Tram 7 und 8), was eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums mit dem Tram oder Velo (10min) bedeutet. Die Station Europaplatz ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Das ganze Gebäude ist ziemlich modern, was bedeutet, dass die Wohnung gut isoliert und komfortabel ist.



I am looking for someone (M/F), uncomplicated, who likes to keep things clean, preferably non-smoker.I would enjoy someone I can share some time with, while cooking, playing games, have a drink somtime, but who can also respect having some quiet time.

I am currently doing a PhD at UniBe in Climate Sciences, I'm 29 and originally come from Romandie, and thus speak French, English and German (not perfect, but open to practise with someone ;) ). My hobbies are hiking, watching movies, reading, skiing, and I like craftbeer as well.
