The bright apartment features 3 rooms and a spacious, fully equipped, kitchen. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The washing machines are shared in the building.

There are 2 rooms available in this apartment and both come complete with: a large double bed, night table, wardrobe, shelf, sofa, desk & chair. The room has its own key.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer plus all cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils you will ever need.

The rent includes internet, water, electricity, heating, all furniture and weekly cleaning of shared areas.

Rent: depends on the room and length of stay.

\> 6 months contract: 1'250 CHF/month or 1'150 CHF for the smaller room

Short stays available but price will vary based on length of stay.

1 - 2 months: 1'550 CHF // 1'450 CHF small room
3 - 4 months: 1'450 CHF // 1'350 CHF small room

There will be three of you, young professionals, in the apartment.
