My flatmate is leaving so I’m looking for someone new to share this nice flat with me from October 1 onwards. 🤗


About me:

I am Oli (30, m), from Geneva, currently doing a PhD at ETH. I speak French, English, and a (tiny) bit of German. I am a very easygoing, active, and open person. When I am not working, I enjoy having a beer with my friends, biking around, swimming in the Limmat, listening to groovy disco music, or doing all kinds of sports (preferably in the mountains). I also don't mind collapsing on my couch and watching a good movie with our projector.


The flat:

The flat is very central, well connected, and with everything you need at walking distance (Coop, Migros, Irchelpark, Con Gusto, Libanes Take-Away, ...). It has two bedrooms (yours and mine), and we will share everything else (living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, ...). It is not the most modern building, but everything works well. In the basement, there is a small bike parking, and two washing machines that you can use for free. In full disclosure, the only thing that is really missing is a dishwasher in the kitchen (but washing dishes can also be fun!).


Your room:

The room will come already furnished. The rent for the room is 1090CHF/month, to which must be added about 100CHF/month for utilities (wifi, electricity, water, TV, ...).


About you:

I'm looking for a nice, open-minded, and uncomplicated person who is interested in sharing conversations, dinners, or movie nights from time to time (of course if time allows it, I know we are all very busy!). Ideally, we would be about the same age and with a similar life rhythm (working during weekdays). Otherwise, I really have no preference for gender, origin, or whatever else might define you. If you think we could be a good match, I will be very happy to read your message telling me more about yourself and what you do and like in life. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible, but I apologize in advance if I don't.
