Looking for a cozy place in Oerlikon? We have a 15-square-meter room available in our 4.5 room apartment! The rent is 1,200 CHF per month, and for additional costs like electricity, internet, and other shared expenses, we use Tricount to split them evenly and keep things transparent.
The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully equipped and ready for you to move in. The contract will be on a sublet basis.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with us: Alessandro, 29, from Italy, and Gioele, 26, from Switzerland. We both work at Planted—Alessandro as an engineer and Gioele as a product developer.
We have similar schedules and aren’t always home, but when we are, we enjoy spending time together. We also value privacy and appreciate having our own space. When we’re not working, we love going to the mountains, enjoying a couple of beers out, or relaxing by the lake during the summer.
We speak Italian, English, a bit of German and Spanish, and even the Mesolcina dialect (yes, it’s a real thing!).
