The apartment features 4 large rooms, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer can be found in the basement without a schedule and at no extra cost.

Rent includes all utilities, furnishings, internet, and weekly professional housekeeping of the common spaces.

Rental rate varies based on length of stay:
• 6+ months (unlimited): 1’120 CHF
• 5-6 months: 1'420 CHF
• 3-4 months: 1’320 CHF
• 1-2 months: 1’220 CHF
