I am looking for someone to take over my room. Move in date can be discussed, starting from March/at the lastest beginning of April.

It is a shared flat with three other roommates (Giuseppe, Tomasso and Marco, all italian), all in their mid-twenties, two are doing their Phd and one is working full-time.

The flat is ideally located right next to Irchelpark, 2 walking minutes to Berninaplatz tran station, and supermarkets are close ( Spar is 50m away.

It has everything one need in the appartment, a fully functional kitchen, shower, bathtub etc., and there are washing mashines in the basement
