1st October 2026

The room is located on the
first floor
and has
direct access to a large terrace shared by all five tenants of the apartment
. On the same floor, there are also the
shared kitchen and living room
, as well as a
toilet shared by the three tenants living on this floor
.

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a
laundry room with two washing machines
, two additional bedrooms occupied by other tenants, and their bathroom. The apartment also includes a
basement/storage area
.
The apartment is well connected to Lausanne:
EPFL and UNIL can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by bus and metro
.
