Hallo ihr lieben!
Ab Anfang Juli möchte ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Fonderie 14d untervermieten! Es befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist ungefähr 11m² gross. Aus der Küche und aus dem Zimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf Fribourg. Monatlich kostet es 460 CHF. Zu Fuss ist die nächste Bushaltestelle in 1min zu erreichen, Pérolles innerhalb von 10min und die Miséricorde in 20min zu erreichen.
Falls ihr gerne zu zweit eine WG zur Untervermietung sucht, wird in unserer WG ausserdem noch ein zweites Zimmer zur gleichen Zeit frei. Meldet euch gerne für weitere Informationen. :)

A partir de début juillet, j'aimerais sous-louer ma chambre à la Fonderie 14d ! Elle se trouve au 4ème étage et fait environ 11m². De la cuisine et de la chambre, on a une belle vue sur Fribourg. Le loyer mensuel est de 460 CHF. L'arrêt de bus le plus proche est à 1 minute à pied, Pérolles est à 10 minutes et Miséricorde à 20 minutes.
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une colocation à deux, une deuxième chambre est disponible en même temps que la nôtre. N'hésitez pas à nous contacter pour plus d'informations. :)

I would like to sublet my room at Fonderie 14d from the beginning of July! It is located on the 4th floor and is about 11m² in size. From the kitchen and from the room you have a beautiful view of Fribourg. The monthly rent is 460 CHF. The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in 1 minute, Pérolles in 10 minutes and the Miséricorde in 20 minutes.
