Per Mitte Juni suche ich eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). (Okay reicht jetzt).

Wohnung:
Die Wohnung 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an der alten Kaserne. Vom Hauptbahnhof sind es 7 Minuten laufen, Langstrasse 4 Minuten, Helvetiaplatz und Stauffacher jeweils 2-3 Minuten. Coop, Denner, Migros, Gym in Laufnähe. Wir haben 2-wöchentlich eine Putzfrau für Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer

Die Wohnung ist für die Lage relativ ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es ums Haus herum (blaue Zonen).

Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden. Das Bett ist nicht mehr drin (sondern ein kleineres), sowie der Eckschrank und ein kleiner Schreibtisch.

WG:
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin m, 27 Jahre und leider kein Student mehr. Arbeite in einem Startup im Business Bereich, daher bin ich auch viel unterwegs. Wenn ich nicht mit arbeiten beschäftigt bin, mache ich entweder Sport (Gym, Fussball, Velo, Basketball, .. (eigentlich alles mit Ball)), oder treffe mich mit Kollegen. Aufgrund der Lage haben wir auch oft Besuch und Kollegen kommen gerne vorbei.

Du solltest am besten auch schon am arbeiten sein, gerne in Gesellschaft sein und wenn du viel Sport machst, wäre das natürlich umso cooler.
Ansonsten ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig (in deinem Zimmer kannst du machen was du willst) und ein entspanntes Zusammenleben.
(Zusammen mal etwas kochen oder ähnlich ist willkommen, aber kein muss :)).

As of mid-June, I am looking for a new roommate.

Apartment:
The 3.5 room apartment is very centrally located, directly at "Alte Kaserne". From the main station it is a 7 minutes walk, Langstrasse 4 minutes, Helvetiaplatz and Stauffacher 2-3 minutes each. Coop, Denner, Migros, Gym within walking distance. We have a cleaning lady coming biweekly to clean the shared areas

The apartment is relatively quiet for the location. Parking is available around the house (blue zones).

Room can be taken over furnished or unfurnished (the bed is not the actual bed, its a smaller one). Also, the wardrobe and a small desk can be taken over.

WG:
Briefly about me: I am m, 27 years and unfortunately no longer a student. I work for a startup in business development , so I am also travelling a lot. When I'm not busy working, I'm either doing sports (gym, soccer, bike, basketball, ... (actually everything with a ball)), or meet with friends. Due to of the location, we also sometimes have visitors and friends coming over.

You should ideally also already be working, like to be in company and if you do a lot of sports, that would of course be even cooler.
Otherwise, cleanliness is very important to me (in your room you can do whatever you want) and a relaxed living together.
(Cooking together is welcome, but not a must :)).
