Due to a last-minute change of plans, a beautiful, central room in Zurich Wipkingen is available for sublet.

Rent: CHF 1015.- plus utilities
Total rent including utilities approx. CHF 1150.- (depending on consumption)

The room is available from 08.12., with the possibility of extending until mid-May 2025.

About the WG:
You will be part of a relaxed 4-person shared apartment. Currently, there are two men and one woman living on two floors. Your future flatmates are Zurich-based globetrotters who enjoy life and know how to balance work and leisure. On your floor, you'll share two bathrooms, a kitchen, and the entrance area. Upstairs, there is a rooftop terrace and a living room with a projector and dining table – perfect for cozy evenings.

We are looking for you:
You are easygoing, laid-back, and appreciate communal living. You are looking for a room in Zurich until 01 April 2025 (possibly extendable until mid-May).

Du wirst Teil einer entspannten 4er WG. Zurzeit wohnen hier zwei Männer und eine Frau, auf zwei Etagen.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Zürcher Weltenbummler, schätzen das Leben und wissen, wie man Arbeit und Genuss miteinander verbindet. Auf deiner Etage teilst du zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche und das Entrée. Im oberen Stock gibt es eine Dachterrasse sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Esstisch – perfekt für gemütliche Abende.

Wir suchen dich:
Du bist unkompliziert, locker und schätzt gemeinschaftliches Wohnen. Du suchst ein WG-Zimmer in Zürich bis zum 01. April 2025 (eventuell sogar verlängerbar bis Mitte Mai).
