Da ich wegen eines Praktikums nicht in St. Gallen sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer von September 2025 bis Ende Februar 2026 (beim Anfangs- und Enddatum bin ich flexibel). In der WG sind zwei weiteren HSG Studenten, die beide Ende Bachelor BLE sind.

Wohnung:
\- 4 Parkplätze zur gemeinsamen Benutzung vor dem Haus

\- Küche voll ausgestattet
\- Wohnzimmer
\- Balkon
\- Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus

Lage:
\- Zur Universität (HSG) 15 Minuten zu Fuss oder 9 Minuten mit Bus
\- Bahnhof St.Gallen 1 Minuten zu Fuss
\- FH Ost 3 Minuten zu Fuss
\- Migros und Coop Pronto 3 Minuten zu Fuss


Die Miete beträgt Fr. 790.- und ist anteilig am Mietzins pro Monat. Daneben würden noch variable Nebenkosten für Storm und Wasser (ca. 30.-) dazukommen.

As I will not be in St. Gallen due to an internship, I am renting my room from September 2025 to the end of February 2026 (I am flexible with the start and end dates). There are two other HSG students in the flat, who are both BLE students.

\- To the university (HSG) 15 minutes on foot or 9 minutes by bus
\- St.Gallen railway station 1 minute walk
\- FH Ost 3 minutes on foot
\- Migros and Coop Pronto 3 minutes on foot


The rent is Fr. 790.- and is proportional to the rent per month. In addition, there would be variable additional costs for electricity and water (approx. 30.-).
