ZIMMER IN SCHÖNER, HELLER UND ZENTRALER 3er WG ab Juli frei! (+Parkplatz)

In unserer gemütlichen WG nähe Olma wird ab 1. Juli ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist schön, hell und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Zwischenzimmer und einen wunderschönen Parkettboden. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (oder auch nicht braucht :)) - Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, etc. Sowohl Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Ofen) als auch Bad wurden erst kürzlich renoviert. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Wohnung viele Einbauschränke, in denen sich einiges verstauen lässt. Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich auch eine gemeinsam genutzte Waschmaschine.

Dein vielleicht zukünftiges Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster und dank dem Altbau auch sehr hohe Decken.

Zimmer (möbliert): befristet ab Juli für ein Semester oder bis Ende April/Anfang Mai 2025 (genauer Auszug verhandelbar), eventuell mit Möglichkeit zur Übernahme danach.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Rorschacherstrasse 77, 9000 St. Gallen:
15 Minuten zu Fuß zur HSG
10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Marktplatz
Es befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung zur Uni, Marktplatz und dem Bahnhof direkt vor der Haustür (Station: Singenberg)

Die Miete je Zimmer beträgt ca. 520 CHF (exkl. Nebenkosten)

Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit neben dem Haus einen Parkplatz zu mieten. B

ROOM IN BRIGHT, BEAUTIFUL AND CENTRALLY LOCATED SHARED FLAT as of July available! (+ parking spot)

One room room in our cozy shared flat (3 people) near will be available from July 1 onwards. The flat is bright, beautiful and has a big living room, an intermediate room as well as a beautiful parquet floor. The kitchen has everything one might need (or one might don’t need :)) - dishwasher, oven, coffeemaker, etc. The kitchen as well as the bathroom have been recently renovated. Additionally, the flat has a lot of built-in cupboards that offer a lot of storage space. There is a washing machine in the basement of the house.

The rooms have two big windows and a very high ceiling. Furniture and other things should be taken over (price negotiable).

Room (furnished): temporarily available from July for one semester or to end of April/beginning of May 2025 (move-out negotiable), eventually with the possibility to take the room over fully.

The flat is located at Rorschacherstrasse 77, 9000 St.Gallen:
15 minutes by foot to uni
10 minutes by foot to market place
There is also a bus station with connection to uni, the market place and the train station located right next to the house (station: Singenberg).

The rent for each room is ca 520 CHF (excl. utilities).
