We are renting out a room with private bathroom in a shared flat close to Stettbach Station.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 story building with big windows that let in a lot of light and 2 big balconies. The flat has a very spacious living room, kitchen, small storage cabinet, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with washing machine and dryer).

The room we are renting out is the biggest in the flat with a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. It would come furnished, but can be discussed.
Available from November (or possibly end of October by arrangement).

We are 4 roommates: Laura, Jon, Jonas and me (Viktoria), all in our 20s studying and working. Our wg life is simple, sometimes we share a chat in the living room other times enjoy some quite time in our rooms. We are looking for someone who would fit well in the wg and keep the apartment clean.
