I am renting out a room on Ringstrasse in Reinach, in a 3.5-room attic apartment with a balcony and all the amenities (kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bike cellar).

It takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown Basel by tram or bike. Migros, Coop, and Denner are all within a 7-minute walking distance.

The room is very bright with a large skylight and a ceiling height of 3.50 meters. The view of the greenery and the quiet residential area make the place a haven of relaxation. The rent, including utilities, is 820 CHF starting from October 1st or by arrangement.

I am looking for a female roommate aged 27 or older. Good communication and interest in communal living are important for the shared apartment life.

A bit about me: I am Laura (29) and work as a medical assistant and masseuse. In my free time, I enjoy studying botany, dancing, and spending time with friends.
