I am travelling for a few months and I am renting a 13m² furnished room in a 3-room apartment (shared with 1 person, super relaxed and barely in the apartment) in 8125 Zollikerberg with direct access to nature and good public transport connections.

Price: 1'000.- / month all included
Guarantee: 1 month's rent.
Initially for 4 months from 1st May to 31st August (dates can be discussed), possibility to take over the main lease in the future.

Wanted: 1 person or couples, at least 25 years old.

Ich bin für einige Monate auf Reisen und vermiete ein 13 m² großes, möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in 8125 Zollikerberg. Die Wohnung wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt, ist sehr entspannt und man hält sich kaum in der Wohnung auf. Die Lage ist ideal: Natur pur und gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Preis: 1.000,- €/Monat (alles inklusive)

Kaution: Eine Monatsmiete.

Zunächst für 4 Monate vom 1. Mai bis 31. August (genaue Daten verhandelbar). Eine Übernahme des Hauptmietvertrags ist später möglich.

Gesucht: Einzelperson oder Paar, mindestens 25 Jahre alt.

Bewerbungen ohne Beschreibung werden nicht berücksichtigt.
