In unserer ruhigen, freundlichen WG in 4127 Birsfelden (Basel-Land) – direkt am Birsköpfli – wird ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² gross und hat eine sehr grosse Fensterfront. Weil die Wohnung im 13. Stock liegt, bekommst du extrem viel Tageslicht und eine beeindruckende Aussicht. Die Fenster zeigen Richtung Sonnenaufgang, was besonders im Sommer angenehm ist: Es bleibt tagsüber meist angenehm kühl, weil nicht den ganzen Nachmittag die Sonne reinbrennt. Im Winter ist es dafür schön warm, da die Wohnung von anderen Wohnungen umgeben ist. Im Zimmer stehen ein Bett (mit einer einfachen/Übergangs-Matratze), ein grosser Schrank sowie Tisch und Stuhl – ideal, wenn du unkompliziert einziehen möchtest.

Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 125 m² sehr gross und bietet richtig viel Platz für eine WG. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eine moderne, grosse Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, grossem Kühlschrank und viel Stauraum, zusätzlich ein Reduit für Lebensmittel/Haushaltssachen sowie einen kleinen Keller zum Deponieren. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist gross und gemütlich eingerichtet (u. a. Flatscreen, Esstisch) und es gibt sogar ein Digitalpiano, das du gerne benutzen darfst (auch mit Kopfhörern). Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden – rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, aber auf dem Balkon ok. Die Waschsituation ist sehr entspannt: Waschküche im Erdgeschoss mit Eintrag-System, genug Maschinen, ca. CHF 1.– pro Waschgang. Internet ist inklusive.

Wir sind zwei Mitbewohner, beide Studenten (Anfang/Mitte 20), gute Freunde und unter der Woche meist viel unterwegs (Uni, Arbeit, Training). Bei uns ist es zuhause eher ruhig und ordentlich, keine Party-WG. Wir machen aber gerne mal Spielabende oder unternehmen spontan etwas zusammen. Sport gehört bei uns dazu: Wir sind regelmässig im Gym, einer von uns macht Judo, der andere spielt Volleyball – für gemeinsame sportliche Aktivitäten sind wir oft zu haben. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig: Wir haben einen einfachen Putzplan (wochenweise rotierend) und achten darauf, Küche und gemeinsame Räume sauber zu halten.

Wir suchen eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in, der/die gut zu unserem Alltag passt – idealerweise 20–30 Jahre, zuverlässig, respektvoll und ordentlich. Uns ist wichtig, dass du rücksichtsvoll bist, besonders abends und nachts, damit alle gut schlafen können. Wir wünschen uns keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern jemanden, der/die sich auch mal für ein lockeres Zusammensein begeistern kann (ohne dass es ständig muss). Am liebsten Deutsch oder Schweizerdeutsch. Haustiere sind eher nicht ideal, und Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.

A bright, furnished room is available in our calm and friendly shared flat in 4127 Birsfelden (Basel-Land) – right next to Birsköpfli, one of the best summer hangout spots by the water. The room is about 20 m² and features a large window front, which makes it very bright. Since the apartment is on the 13th floor, you get lots of daylight and a truly amazing view. The windows face the sunrise, which is especially nice in summer: the room usually stays pleasantly cool because the afternoon sun doesn’t heat it up for hours. In winter it stays comfortably warm as well, since the flat is surrounded by other apartments. The room is furnished with a bed (basic/temporary mattress), a large wardrobe, plus desk and chair—perfect if you want an easy move-in.

The apartment itself is spacious (around 125 m²) and feels much bigger than a typical shared flat. It has two bathrooms, a modern, large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, big fridge and plenty of storage space, plus a storage room (Reduit) for groceries/household items and a small cellar for extra belongings. The living/dining area is large and cozy (incl. a big TV and dining table), and there’s even a digital piano you’re welcome to use (also with headphones). There’s a balcony—smoking is not allowed inside, but it’s fine on the balcony. Laundry is easy: a shared laundry room on the ground floor with a weekly sign-up system, enough machines, and roughly CHF 1 per wash. Internet is included.

We are two roommates, both students (early/mid 20s) and good friends. During the week we’re usually busy with uni, work and training, so the flat is generally quiet and tidy—not a party WG. Still, we enjoy occasional game nights or doing something spontaneous together. We’re both quite sporty (gym), one of us does judo, the other plays volleyball, and we’re often up for joining activities like UniSport. Cleanliness matters to us: we follow a simple weekly cleaning rotation and keep the kitchen and shared spaces in good shape.

We’re looking for a new roommate who fits our vibe—ideally 20–30 years old, reliable, respectful and tidy. Being considerate, especially in the evenings and at night, is important so everyone can sleep well. We’re not looking for a purely functional flatshare; we’d like someone who’s also open to a relaxed, friendly atmosphere (no pressure to hang out all the time). Preferably you speak German or Swiss German. Pets are not ideal, and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
