The flat has 6 rooms and 3 bathrooms. It does not have a living room so it is not a party flat but rather a quiet space to focus on work or studies. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The price contains all expenses including the weekly cleaning service, all hygienic items, toilet paper, soap, taxed waste bags, internet, heating, electricity... so you do not have any additional expenses related to your accommodation.
