Hey there!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely shared flat in a quiet area close to Sihlcity. The apartment is spread over two floors and is super spacious.

You’d be sharing the flat with four easygoing humans:
• Rayén (32, chilean-german)
• Ana (30, brazilian-portuguese)
• David (34, spanish)
• Alicja (26, polish)

We have a relaxed, respectful atmosphere where everyone values individuality, while still enjoying a strong community vibe. We like spending time together—whether that’s movie nights, long dinner conversations after work, or the occasional party with friends—but we’re also good at giving each other space.

The room comes with existing furniture, and ideally we’re looking for someone open to buying it from the current tenant (price is negotiable).
You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone friendly, open-minded, clean and considerate, who enjoys shared living and feels at home in a calm but social environment.

We’d prefer someone 27 yo onwards.
To enter in April, but can be adjusted.

To get to know you a bit better in a fun way, here are some questions we’d like to know:

1. If you could get back one item that you’ve lost, what would it be?
2. If our flat had a “vibe theme” night (movie night, dinner, music, anything), what would you host and what would it look like?
3. What’s a very random or small thing that makes you super happy?
