* Roughly 100-150 Fr for utilities (wifi, serafe, insurance, water, electricity)
* Common furniture + expenses already payed by the current flatmate 860 Fr
* We hire a cleaning service once a month (30CHF pP)

About us
The flat will be shared with me, Irene (Consultant), and Lorenz (Doctor), we are both 30. We are friendly, open-minded and enjoy a good balance between social time and personal space. We like to occasionally hang out together and would love to create a nice, comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep

Right now we are in the process of refurnishing the apartment and make it an even nicer and cozier place, so we're looking for someone who would enjoy being part of this process.
