Heya :) Wir suchen per 01. Mai eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG im 21.+22. Stock des Toni-Areals.

Die insgesamt 130qm grosse Wohnung bietet ausserdem:
\- grossen hellen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Loggia und Aussicht über die Stadt und auf den Uetliberg
\- Modernen Ausbaustandard, inkl. Reduit mit eigener Waschmaschine und Tumbler
\- Tolle Speaker für die Raves/Afters zuhause
\- Putzkraft alle 2 Wochen
\- Zwei super Mitbewohner

Dein Zimmer ist 16 qm gross und teilt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche mit dem Zimmer nebenan. Es blickt Richtung Hönggerberg und ist dank der Fensterfront schön hell. Das Zimmer ist aktuell unmöbeliert, es können aber ggf. Möbel der Vormietering übernommen werden. Zeitraum ist 01.05.2026 bis 30.08.2026. Das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel für 1-2 Monate.

Wir sind Francisco (28) aus Argentinien und Calvin (29) aus Deutschland. Wir suchen einen/eine offenen, geselligen, lustigen, respektvollen, ordentlichen neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) und schätzen eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre in unserem Zuhause mit Dinner und Drinks. Für einen grünen Daumen, der sich unseren Zimmerpflanzen annimmt, gibt’s Zusatzpunkte! 😉

Hello :) We are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment on the 21st and 22nd floor of the Toni-Areal as of May 1st.

The 130sqm apartment also offers:
\- large bright living/dining area with loggia and view over the city and the Uetliberg
\- Modern fit-out standard, including a utility room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer
\- Great speakers for the raves/afters at home
\- Cleaner every 2 weeks
\- Two great roommates, of course

Your room is 16 square meters and shares a bathroom with shower with the room next door. It faces the Hönggerberg and is nice and bright thanks to the window front. The room is currently unfurnished. However, it might be possible to take over some furniture from the current tenant. The period is 01.05.2026 to 31.08.2026. The move out date is flexible for 1-2 month.

We are Francisco (28) from Argentina and Calvin (29) from Germany. We are looking for an open, sociable, fun, respectful, neat new roommate and appreciate a friendly atmosphere in our home with dinner and drinks. Extra points for a green thumb who takes care of our houseplants! 😉
