Our flat in the Student Village is looking for a new roommate starting mid-March.
We are a WG of 7 (the new tenant + 4 guys and 2 girls). We’re a friendly, relaxed flat — we enjoy chatting in the kitchen, occasionally having dinner together, or hosting friends, but overall the atmosphere is calm.
We study Chemistry, Maths, Physics, and Informatics, and we speak both German and English in the flat.
We have organized a cleaning service that comes every 2 weeks, at 50 CHF per person per month.
The room is furnished, faces Hoengg, and is very quiet and sunny during the day.
The flat includes a large shared living area with a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet. Utilities and WiFi are included, and there are free shared washing machines and dryers in the basement.
The current rent is around 750 CHF/month, but the agency will increase it. Similar rooms in the Student Village currently go for around 800–900 CHF/month.
Please note that you must be enrolled at ETH to live in the Student Village.

Unsere WG im Student Village sucht ab Mitte März eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in.
Wir sind eine 7er-WG (die neue Person + 4 Mitbewohner und 2 Mitbewohnerinnen). Die Stimmung in der WG ist freundlich und entspannt. Wir treffen uns gerne in der Küche, organisieren manchmal gemeinsame Abendessen oder haben Freunde zu Besuch; insgesamt ist es aber eher ruhig.
Wir studieren Chemie, Mathematik, Physik und Informatik und sprechen in der WG sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch.
Wir haben einen Reinigungsservice organisiert, der alle zwei Wochen kommt. Die Kosten dafür betragen 50 CHF pro Person und Monat.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, ausgerichtet Richtung Hoengg und tagsüber sehr ruhig und sonnig.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie eine zusätzliche Toilette. Nebenkosten und WLAN sind im Preis inbegriffen. Im Keller gibt es außerdem kostenlose gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Die aktuelle Miete beträgt etwa 750 CHF pro Monat, allerdings wird es eine Erhöhung durch die Verwaltung geben. Ähnliche Zimmer im Student Village liegen derzeit bei etwa 800–900 CHF pro Monat.
Bitte beachtet, dass man an der ETH eingeschrieben sein muss, um im Student Village wohnen zu können.
