The apartment is 81 sqm and features two bedrooms, a spacious entrance area, a living room with a balcony, and a kitchen with a balcony.

The room costs 1,665 CHF (Wi-Fi is not included, but in case you already have a contract and want to move it to the new address, I am happy to pay half of the bill :)). The room is available from the 1st of April for a period of 8 months (until the end of November 2026) with a possibility to take over the contract for the entire apartment afterwards - but this is not 100% certain). It is 20 sqm in size, and has its own private balcony.

Please note there is no bed in the room.
There is also a huge Ikea wardrobe for sale.
