We are looking for a non-smoking person to move in this beautiful room with amazing wooden flooring, big window and own entrance. The room will be furnished with a single bed, mattress, cupboard, mirror, table, chair and wardrobe.
The room is in a beautiful apartment with marble flooring in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom.
The flat has no living room but the house has a roof top. We are sitting in the full equipped kitchen to meet and chat while cooking. From there you have a beautiful view of Uetliberg. The lake us only 5 walking minutes away. So is the city, only 5 minutes walking distance. Tha public transport in at the opposite of the building, 1 minute walking away.

The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine and dish washer. Internet is included.
You will share the flat with two other amazing women. You will share the large bathroom with one person. Actually you will be mainly alone, because the other lady is traveling frequently.
Cleanliness is of high importance. A cleaning aid visits regularly, still we expect the person to move in to be very tidy and clean!

The location is absolutely amazing, right in beautiful Seefeld, central yet peaceful.

Stadelhofen: 6 min walk
Kreuzplatz: 1 min walk
