Wir sind eine 4er WG in der Nähe des Irchelparks und suchen per 01.08 eine oder einen neuen Mitbewohner*in. Wir sind 3 Männer, alle im alter von ca. 30 Jahren.
Luca - 30 Jahre alt und momentan kurz vor der Anwaltsprüfung
Flavio - 29 Jahre alt im Studium Umweltingenieur
Lars - 31 Jahre alt und arbeitet in der Informatikbranche
Wir legen wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander und kochen auch gerne mal zusammen, schauen einen Film oder geniessen ein Feierabendbier. Jeder/jede kann aber machen was er/sie möchte ;)
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, 2 Badzimmer, eine kleine Küche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer. Die Tramstation Hirschwiesenstrasse ist direkt vor der Tür und man ist in ca. 15min. am HB. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist auf Juli 2026 befristet.

We are a shared flat (4 people) near Irchelpark and are looking for a new flatmate starting from August 1st.
We are 3 men, all around 30 years old.
Luca - 30 years old, currently preparing for the bar exam.
Flavio - 29 years old, studying environmental engineering.
Lars - 31 years old, working in the IT sector.
We value respectful interaction with each other, and we also enjoy cooking together, watching a movie, or having a beer after work. But of course, everyone is free to do their own thing ;)
The apartment has a balcony, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen, and a large living room.
The tram stop _Hirschwiesenstrasse_ is right outside the door, and you can get to the main train station in about 15 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are also within walking distance.
The rental contract runs until July 2026.
