Wir drei Mädels Ardi (29), Alida (27) und Desi (29) sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem neuen Mitbewohner/in, die/der auch die Hauptmiete übernehmen würde, da unsere aktuelle Hauptmieterin auszieht. Voraussetzung dafür ist ein Mindesteinkommen von 7500 CHF Brutto pro Monat.
Wir sind spontan, aufgeschlossen, fürsorglich und entspannt. Wenn wir zufällig zusammen am Tisch sitzen, plaudern wir gerne über das Leben, schätzen aber genauso unsere Zeit und unseren Raum für uns selbst und unsere Hobbys. Manchmal verbringen wir spontane, gemütliche Abende vor dem Fernseher oder im Fitness- und Wellnessbereich. Einige von uns sprechen Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch, aber nicht alle, daher solltest du Englisch sprechen können. Wenn du ein unkomplizierter Mensch bist, bist du genau die/der Richtige für uns!


Über die Wohnung und dein Zimmer

Es ist eine helle und geräumige Wohnung mit einem großen, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer, 2 Bädern, einer Küche mit Spülmaschine, 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Balkonen.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 14.5 m² groß und hat den großen Balkon direkt angeschlossen. Das Zimmer kommt unmöbliert, jedoch könnten Möbel nach Absprache übernommen werden.
Wir haben außerdem einen Keller und eine Waschküche im Untergeschoss mit Trocknern, zwei Aufzügen sowie eine Tiefgarage, in der du bei Bedarf einen Parkplatz mieten kannst.
Die Lage ist ideal: nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof Luzern, der Universität und der Altstadt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop, Denner, Migros und Aldi sind ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt nebenan.


Konditionen

Die Miete beträgt

(inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Internet, Strom, Heizung usw.).

We three girls Ardi (29), Alida (27) and Desi (29) are looking for a new flatmate who could also take over the main tenant contract, as our current main tenant is moving out. To be eligible, you need to have a minimum income of 7500 CHF brutto per month.
We are spontaneous, open-minded, caring and relaxed. If we happen to sit together at the dinner table, we enjoy chatting about life, but we also really value our own time and space for our hobbies. Sometimes we spend spontaneous and cozy evenings watching TV or at the fitness and wellness area. Some of us speak German/Swiss German, but not all of us – therefore you should be comfortable speaking English. If you are an uncomplicated person, you might be exactly who we are looking for!


About the apartment and your room

It is a bright and spacious apartment with a large, light living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and two balconies.
Your room is about 14.5 m² and has the large balcony directly attached to it. The room comes unfurnished, but furniture could be taken over upon agreement.
We also have a cellar and a laundry room in the basement with dryers, two elevators, and a garage where you could rent a parking space if needed.
The location is ideal: only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station, the university and the old town. Shops such as Coop, Denner, Migros and Aldi are all within walking distance, and the bus stop is right next to the building.
