Gesucht: Bei Berufstätigen ausschliesslich eine Frau, bei Studierenden sind Frauen und Männer willkommen.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin zurück nach Italien zieht, wird ein helles WG-Zimmer mit ca. 12 m² frei.

Die Miete beträgt CHF 750 pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Beim Einzug sind zwei Monatsmieten im Voraus zu bezahlen.

Du würdest mit mir zusammenwohnen: Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Da ich tagsüber viel mit Menschen arbeite, geniesse ich abends gerne etwas Ruhe und eine entspannte Atmosphäre zu Hause. Für einen kurzen Plausch bin ich aber immer zu haben. 😊

Rauchen ist okay, dafür gibt es einen Balkon. Zusätzlich steht uns ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.

Voraussetzung ist ein Schweizer Ausweis oder eine gültige Aufenthaltsbewilligung. Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person, die entweder berufstätig oder Student:in ist.

The rent is CHF 750 per month including all utilities and additional costs.
Two months' rent must be paid in advance when moving in.

You would be sharing the apartment with me. I am 32 years old and working full-time. Since I spend most of my day working with people, I usually enjoy a calm and relaxed atmosphere at home in the evenings. That said, I am always happy to have a short chat. 😊
Smoking is okay, and there is a balcony for it. We also have access to a basement storage compartment.
You must have a Swiss ID or valid Swiss residence permit. I am looking for a reliable and tidy person who is either employed or currently studying.
