Hi I'm Milàn , I'm a Physiotherapist in Zurich. My WG partner has moved out due to a job opportunity abroad so a spare furnished room is available in my modern 3.5 apartment from 1st July.

The house is composed by 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open space with a (well equipped) modern kitchen/ living room and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The rent is 1490 CHF all inclusive (internet, electricity, water, and heating costs). A secure parking space under the building would be available at an additional cost. While a bicycle storage is available for free in the building.

The house is located in Dietikon (Rapidplatz) and is extremely close to supermarkets (Migros and Lidl) pubs, restaurants and to the Limatt river. Dietikon is well connected with Zurich and the neighboring cities, offering train rides every 10 to 15 minutes, as well as various busses and trams. The station is 7min walking from the apartment however there is also a bus going directly to the station every 10/12 minutes.

I am a clean and easygoing person who likes sports, as well as having a chat over a beer.
