The room comes with a wardrobe, a small table, and a desk. There’s currently a bed and an air mattress available. You're welcome to bring your own bed or we can discuss buying one — we’ll figure it out together.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a free washing machine and dryer in the basement.
The location is super convenient:


* Just 5 minutes on foot to Glanzenberg station (11 min to Zürich HB)
* Schaflibach tram stop also nearby
* Supermarkets within walking distance

This place is ideal for someone who values peace, order, and mutual respect at home.

* No pets, couples, smoking, or drug use
* A short video call is required before visits
* Messages without a short intro and photo won’t get a reply
* Parking space might be available for CHF 100/month
