Preferably (but not only) for Wochenaufenthalter, Pendler, people who are occasionally in ZH.

The apartment is 6 min walk from Urdorf station.
From there 10 min S-bahn to Zürich HB.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Migros, Swimming pool, a nice Forest for walking/running are nearby.

I am (Serge) a PhD Physics/Philosophy (EN, DE, FR, RU, swimming, sports, reading).
Looking for a calm person, no parties, watching TV or loud music, valuing calm atmosphere.
