Room to rent in my 4-room apartment, 10 min to Zürich HB

A room in my 4-room apartment is available immediately or of from 1st October.
Preferably (but not only) for Wochenaufenthalter, Pendler, people who are occasionally in ZH.
Another option is to rent 2 rooms (half-appartment) for approx. 1300 chf, because I am going to be away.

The apartment is 6 min walk from Urdorf station.
From there 10 min S-bahn to Zürich HB.
Washing machine and dryer in the basement. No lift.
Migros, Swimming pool, a nice Forest are nearby.

I am Serge, a PhD Physics/Philosophy (EN, DE, FR)
Looking for a calm person, no parties or loud music/TV, no smoker, value calm atmosphere.
