Hello everyone, we rent a beautiful room already furnished with an electric scooter included in the monthly rent price. You will share the house with 2 people: 1 Italian and a Spanish person. What is included in the rent:
* regular rental contract;
* furniture;
* electricity and gas costs;
* electric scooter for personal use;
* 1 room key and 1 apartment key.

A 1 month security deposit is required.
