Ich heisse Joel, bin 32 Jahre alt (bin offen gegenüber Bewerber jeglichen Alters). Zusammen mit Fernando und Eszti leben wir im schönen Freienbach und suchen eine 4te Person, die mit uns Leben möchte. Kurze Facts über mich: Ich fahre viel Velo, mag es in der Natur rumzustümpern und Schwimmen zu gehen (Lust mitzukommen?). Ich arbeite im Architekturbereich. Ich würde mich als selbstständig, unkompliziert, empathisch, freundlich, humorvoll, offen und kommunikativ beschreiben. Kurze Facts zur Wohnung: Für deinen Hunger ist der Spar 1 Minute entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist in 3 Minuten erreicht. Im Sommer lässt es sich im 300m entfernten Zürichsee gäbig abkühlen, aber auch im Winter ist der Ausblick über den See wunderbar. Die Überbauung ist wirklich schön gestaltet mit vielen Grünflächen zum verweilen und grillieren im Sommer. Verkehr oder sonstigen Lärm ist kaum hörbar. Die gemeinsamen Wohnbereiche sind möbliert. Parkplätze innen wie aussen können gemietet werden. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller den wir benutzen dürfen wie auch ein Abstell-Keller und ein Wäsche- und Trockenraum.

Zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer mit 11m2 Fläche. Möbel sind bereits vorhanden, aber du kannst natürlich auch deine eigenen mitnehmen. Küche, Bad und das Wohnzimmer sind eingerichtet und mit dem schönen Ofen ists auch im Winter heimelig. Der Mietbetrag beinhaltet alle fixen Nebenkosten.

Short facts about me: My name is Joel, I am 32 years old (I am open to applicants of all ages). Together with Fernando and Eszti we live in beautiful Freienbach and are looking for a 4th person who would like to live with us.
I ride my bike and car a lot. Likes to dabble in nature and go swimming (you like to join?). I work in the architectural field. I would describe myself as independent, uncomplicated, empathetic, friendly, humorous, open and communicative. Short facts about the apartment: If you are hungry, the Spar is 1 minute away. The train station can be reached in 3 minutes. In summer you can cool down in Lake Zurich, 300m away, but the view over the lake is also wonderful in winter. The superstructure is really nicely designed with lots of green spaces to linger and have a barbecue in the summer. Traffic jam noise is hardly audible. The common living areas are furnished. Parking spaces inside and outside can be rented. There is a bicycle cellar that we can use as well as a storage cellar and a laundry and drying room.

To rent is a room with 11m2 Area. Furniture is already provided, but of course you can also bring your own. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are furnished and with the beautiful stove it's cozy even in winter. The rental amount includes all fixed additional costs.
