Hello! I have a super cozy room available in a laid-back, friendly and quiet apartment set in an historical building. It is a perfect spot for anyone looking for a chill, welcoming space to call home, preferably a young professional (m/f) in their late 20s to early 40s.

train station is 10-15min
walk away and gets you to Zürich HB in 13min.

Preferably no cats/dogs and no smoking in the house
(no problem if you are a smoker, just not inside)
* There is
no balcony
in the apartment but you will have
access to a shared garden with a sitting area outside

Possibility of a parking spot
outside for an additional 100.- CHF/month.
* As I moved in recently there is
flexibility
when it comes to
decoration of common areas

Please note the
contract is limited until the end of March 2028
, so a subtenant to rent the room until that date is preferred but shorter temporary stays (3-12months) will also be considered.
The room is available immediately, and rent is 1150 per month (including utilities such as water, electricity, heating, internet and serafe). I am looking for someone who is
clean, respectful, and enjoys living in a safe and relaxed environment.
You will be sharing the apartment with the main tenant, a 38 yo male tech professional originally from Portugal living and working in Switzerland for the past 6 years with plenty of experience living in shared households.
