I am searching for a flatmate for my beautiful apartment from November, or by agreement. The room for rent is slightly more than 16m2, and the flat itself is around 90m2. All rooms are furnished, except for your room. The flat is a 5 minutes walk to the train station Kilchberg ZH and opposite the lake, supermarkets are close by at the train station or a 5 minutes drive by car. We have good and pretty calm neighbors, and share the washing machine and tumbler with them in the basement.

The lease is limited to mid-2025, given professional changes for me by then. There might be an option for you to take over the rental contract, but that's not a safe bet yet.

I am searching for someone who is calm, easy going and fun. I am 30 years old, have German roots, and like to spend my free time with friends at the next best restaurant or the tennis court!
