A rare opportunity to rent a room in a spacious shared house in Thalwil (5-10 min walk from train station).

The room is on the ground floor with access to a terrace. Kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are shared with two other housemates. The house also has a garden, driveway for parking and basement with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The room is available early November but I have some flexibility so the exact date can be discussed and agreed.

Bed, armchair, coffee table and TV to be purchased from current tenant (300 CHF). The TV furniture unit comes with the room but remains property of the landlord.

The other two housemates are male professionals in their twenties and thirties. We are looking for applications from people with a similar profile.
