I am searching for a new housemate since the previous one had to move out end of last year due to his employer moving him. For rent is a room in a shared house.


The room
is about 15m² big, including built-in wall closets with sliding doors. You have access to the balcony through the window door and it has lakeview.
The room is furnished with a desk, chair, large bed, shelf and side tables. All furniture are house inventory and can be removed from the room. It is possible to have the room partially furnished or not at all.


The house
itself is more than large enough for two people. It has a large garden, a big living room with an american style kitchen and a cellar. It is situated one kilometre away from the train station and town centre. There is a bus line nearby to get to the train station in just a few minutes. The lakeside is also only a few minutes away by walking.
Thalwil has a lot of good train connections to Zurich, Pfäffikon and Zug, so going to work by train is a great option.
The house has a garage, but I am only offering garage space for bicycles as common courtesy. If you have a car, you need to check for nearby parking options provided by the town. Parking in front of the house is not allowed.

I am
Daniel, 29 years old. I have finished my studies in computer science two years ago and have been working as a Software Developer since. I am a calm person that likes to have some nice chitchat during dinner. I am interested in action and fantasy movies, computer games and topics related to technology and science.
