I (35 years old, male, employed, working from home 1-2 days per week) am renting out a furnished room (see availability) in Küsnacht. The apartment offers everything you need for daily life. It features a balcony with a grill and fiber-optic internet. Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. On the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the lake.
A cleaning service comes every two weeks to clean the entire apartment – I cover the costs for this. The location is well connected to public transportation. It is a 5-minute walk to the Küsnacht S-Bahn station, with quick access to Zurich city center and a direct connection to the airport.The lake is also within walking distance.
