I’m Adam, the main tenant of a modern 4-room apartment (92 m²) in Wald, ZH, and I’m looking for a subtenant to move in from March 1st. You'll have your own private room and bathroom while sharing the kitchen, living room, and spacious terrace with a grill and garden furniture with me.

: Fully furnished guest room + private bathroom (shower,washstand, toilet and shared washing machine & dryer)

* Living room with a large, comfy sofa (can be turned into a bed), Smart TV & Xbox, table and chairs
* Dining space & fully equipped kitchen
* Outdoor terrace with garden furniture & grill


Small pets allowed


Rent: 1300 CHF (includes Nebenkosten, furniture & internet)

A Bit About Me:

I’m from the Czech Republic, friendly and hardworking, and I travel a lot for business around europe, meaning you’ll have the apartment to yourself around 60% of the time.


Location & Transport:

Wald is a charming town surrounded by forests and great walking trails 🌲

2 min walk to the bus stop / 8 min to the train station
40 min to Zurich HB by public transport / 35 min by car
10 min to Ruti or 20 min to Rapperswil
