Hey there,

I'm renting out my beautiful room in a shared apartment with one other flatmate. It's in the countryside but very close to a public transport station, near Wetzikon (20 min. to Zürich main station). This is a quiet apartment with no smokers or party people, a good place to recover and relax.
The room is about 24 m², fully equipped, and there's also storage space if needed. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared.
Your flatmate is 38, works full-time in Zürich and speaks German, English and Spanish.
