We are looking for a new flatmate to share our spacious 5-room apartment in 8610 Uster, Oberuster. The apartment includes:

• 2 bathrooms (one private for the person renting),
• a large balcony,
• a shared kitchen and living room, both furnished to high standards,
• and we also have a small dog.

The room we are renting is fully furnished and ready to move in. We are looking for someone who will stay for a minimum of 3 months. The rent is 1500 CHF/month, and the deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, um unsere geräumige 5-Zimmer-Wohnung zu Teilen. Der Standort ist Uster 8610, Oberuster. Die Wohnung umfasst:

• 2 Badezimmer (eins privat für die Person, die das Zimmer mietet),
• einen grossen Balkon,
• eine gemeinsame Küche und ein Wohnzimmer, beide auf hohem Standard möbliert,

Das Zimmer, das wir vermieten, ist vollständig möbliert und bezugsbereit. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die mindestens 3 Monate bleibt. Die Miete beträgt 1500 CHF/Monat, und die Kaution entspricht einer Monatsmiete.
