I am looking for a beautiful soul who wants to share this lovely apartment with me. I've been living here for a year now and I have to say that it is really comfy and nice to live in.
The apartment is located in 8610 USTER, 700 meters away from Bahnhof and 200 meters away from Strick (Bus stop), in a radius of 500 meters there is 1 coop, 1 migros, 1 aldi and 1 lidl, there is also a gym 900m away, spital is also close but hopefully you wouldn't need it, Greifensee (really nice lake for the summer) is 30 minutes by foot and 10 mins by bus.
We would have a storage space, laundry and drying machine in the basement and also a very big drying room. We would also have a washing machine in the apartment, so you can do your laundry at home as well.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a living room, a hall, a kitchen, a large balcony and 2 bathrooms (one with toilet and the other with a bathtub but without the toilet, pretty functional xd). All the furniture in the apartment is already mine and of course you would be free to use them.
We would be sharing also the bills like serafe, electricity, gas (yes, we have gas but only on the stoves so it is not that expensive), wifi, and whatever consumable we need to share, the price on the utilities is just an average price that I calculated (we would split everything in half).
The room that you would be using is empty, but I have a medium wardrobe, and a desk, but no bed (is the second picture, the one that have a plant in the middle).

An important requirement is that u must be able to take over the apartment in case I leave.
