I am subrenting room in my apartment from February for 2 months.

Me:
33 y.o female working as a software engineer, mostly from home.
You:
25 - 40 y.o. female, working from office.
What's important for me is that our routine and views are aligned, e.g., no noise at all after 11 pm, respect to each other, keeping the common area clean.
In addition, to the listed price we also contribute each month:
100chf for the cleaning of the common areas once a week by a cleaner (bathroom, kitchen, living room)
50chf for sharing costs of WiFi and various house supplies (detergents, soaps, trash bags, ..)
