The house is small but super cozy and furnished 🛋️ It has a cellar, a shared laundry room 🧺, and a nice terrace 🌿 (no dishwasher though 😅).

🚆 Around 15 to Zurich center
🛒 Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, Lidl + small shops (even open on Sundays 🙌)
💸 Lower taxes than ZH + better insurance prices
