!!TEMPORARY!!

Hello,

We are renting out our room in a cozy bright apartment in Dübendorf for three weeks
(10th of January till 1st of February)
, as we are going abroad during this time.

The room is about 15 m2 and is fully furnished including 140 cm bed. Rent is 750 CHF total (utilities, internet, etc.).

The flat is very bright, cozy and spacious (94 m2). It has a perfect location with a lots of nature around, it is in a quiet neighborhood but still with a plenty of shopping possibilities nearby - groceries (Coop, Aldi, Lidl), Ikea, Decathlon, Jumbo, McDonalds, etc. are just few minutes away by public transport or 10-15 minutes walk. The bus stop is just around the corner and Zurich city can be reached in around 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in a beautiful settlement with a Mediterranean atmosphere. It's well shielded from the road and there is a nature reserve with a pond and a small river. The settlement also includes a spacious area with a playground.

You are going to share the flat with Mattia (M/27) from Italy. He usually doesn't spend much time at home. He works at a restaurant, he is very easy going, nice and always positive :)
